A residential project designed for a family of five. The central courtyard organizes every area and brings natural light to each room.
The challenge
A narrow lot with limited views. The solution was to turn the house inward around a courtyard that works as its heart.
Result
Open spaces, cross ventilation and 30% lower energy use than a conventional house of the same size.
